Personal Data

Personal data is collected in the following ways:

Contact Form

When you fill in our contact form, the information you send us is stored. We will use the data you have made available to us to answer your enquiries, process your orders or ensure you have access to specific services. In addition to this, it allows us to update our address book.

To subscribe to our newsletter, you must register with your email address as a minimum. This address is stored together with any other information provided voluntarily by you such as your first and last name, postal address etc.

We reserve the right to send you personalized newsletters. This means that by monitoring and documenting the browsing and clicking behavior of individual subscribers, we build interest profiles for those subscribers. Newsletters for specific recipients can then be designed and distributed based on these interest profiles. Recipients are thus provided with targeted information tailored to their needs.

Information regarding personal data stored by us about you is naturally provided by Yokogawa within the constraints imposed by the German Telemedia Act (TMG) and the latest version of the German Data Protection Act. You may revoke your consent to the storage of personal data at any time. When processing personal data, your legitimate interests are considered in accordance with legal requirements.

Personal data held about you will only be passed on to third parties insofar as this is necessary to fulfill our business purposes.
